Virtually Meeting with a Solar Analyst
We embrace technology for your benefit and safety. Our seasoned Solar Analysts continue to meet with homeowners like you, daily. These virtual visits are made possible with easy-to-use video applications like Zoom, Skype, Facetime, MS Teams, etc.
Installing Clean Green Energy, Safely:
As an essential business providing construction services that result in energy being delivered to our customers, SEW’s operations continue without interruption. We are honoring all scheduled (on-site/virtual) assessments/permitting, and all solar project installations – as you might imagine, most solar installation work is accomplished outdoors.
During site assessments (typically only requiring attic and electrical panel access), SEW representatives have been instructed to adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols. Our team members are taught to practice:
· Avoiding handshakes
· Maintaining social distance
· Frequently washing and sanitizing hands
· Wearing face masks and gloves (and shoe coverings when indoors)
· Off-site restroom use
As you might expect, SEW has instructed employees to stay home if they feel sick and/or have been exposed to others with flu-like symptoms. As an added precaution, we have invested in contactless body temperature scanners and perform routine checks with our crew members before they are allowed to visit client sites each morning.
Most of our operations team transitioned to working from their homes back in early April.
Current SEW Customers:
For projects currently in production, we expect most installations to be completed on schedule. SEW installers have been instructed to adhere to the recommended disease prevention measures. We are remaining vigilant and this includes regular distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment):
· Face Masks
· Shoe Coverings (indoor use)
What We’re Asking of You
We are also asking our customers to support us in preventing transmission of COVID-19. When our crew in on your property, please practice social distancing and wear a face mask. If anyone living in your home is ill, please notify someone on your SEW team right away.
