Everyone, from my solar analyst (salesperson) to HQ Scheduling to the installation crew did … More a superlative job. Lead installer was willing to listen to my explanations of how to overcome my house attic's particularly challenging routing to access the proper roof (under which the panels were installed), and how to cut across to the soffit in order to install a PhotoVoltaic cable run both much less conspicuous, as well as shorter and more elegant. Cost with the Solarize Virginia LEAP Alliance group price was around 2/3 that of another company's estimate (and I found out that other company had much worse customer reviews after the sale, too), so we are also very happy with our buy.
Photos show that both the panels, as well as the electric cable conduit run, are very discreet.

Our experience with SEW has been great! Our salesman, David Bishins was extremely knowledgeable … More in explaining how the system worked and then the step by step process for the installation. Someone always kept us informed about the schedule and what to expect next.
The installation crew of Nick, Jonathan, and their helpers was top notch. We owned a residential remodeling company for 38 years and were extremely impressed by their professionalism, communication skills, politeness, and cleanliness.
Like everyone else we are asked to fill out these surveys all of the time. I'm a very tough grader, giving out top ratings very rarely. I always think that there is room for improvement. With that being said, I would rate SEW a 5+.
