Laureen joined Solar Energy World January 2012. She is responsible for the ongoing planning and implementation of the company’s marketing communications strategy across all Solar Energy World locations and supervises the Marketing Department and Inside Sales. Prior to joining Solar Energy World, Laureen had 18 years of experience building business for marketing communications agencies where she led pitch teams and developed marketing campaign strategies for the new clients she and her team acquired. She was instrumental in launching new marketing campaigns for companies including Honeywell Utilities SolutionsBGE’s PeakRewards(TM) (energy saving program), SunEdisonFirstEnergy (Energy Savings and Energy Efficiency Programs), Constellation Energy Services (Renewable energy services, Energy Efficiency and Energy Retrofitting) Strayer University, Aegon, Stonebridge Life, Sunny Delight, Seventh Generation, Stonyfield Farms, National GeographicVita FoodsWellPet Inc.Del MonteSuncoast Beverage CompanyAARPSouthern California EdisonTyco ADTKraft FoodsProcter & Gamble and other national and regional brands. Laureen is a former board member of the Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and President Ex-Officio of Women in Film and Video of Maryland. She has a BA in Visual and Performing Arts and a minor in Sociology from UMBC. Laureen grew up in Ellicott City Maryland and lives in the Randallstown area with her husband, Joel.
