Sean Grieves
Director of Sales Enablement
Sean Grieves studied Communications at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, before entering the workforce. He spent over six years in the home remodeling sales industry, where he honed his skills in customer engagement and sales strategies. He spent a few years as a Fleet Manager in the trucking industry before eventually transitioning into solar with Solar Energy World. After helping homeowners switch to cleaner, cheaper energy for 3 years, Sean’s organizational skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients led to his promotion to Director of Training. Sean shared his expertise in effective communication and customer relationship management to onboard and train Solar Energy World’s newest Field Energy Advisors for 2 years. His role has since evolved into Director of Sales Enablement, where he continues to lead onboarding and training for Field Energy Advisors while also driving the development of new sales tools, standardizing go-to-market processes, and integrating new sales partners and programs to support scalable growth and consistency across Solar Energy World’s sales teams.
Sean currently resides in Pennsauken, NJ with his wife Eileen and son Sean Jr.
