Summer came to Solar Energy World with 15+ years in management that includes partnering with 7 different utility companies, working on grant programs for 4 different states, and working with multiple leasing companies. She uses her background to strive for customer satisfaction through operational excellence. As Operations Manager for Solar Energy World, Ms. Reed oversees all new client processes from time of sale to interconnection approval. This includes facilitating multiple processes such as Grants & Incentives and Solar Leases.
She has gained knowledge and formed a love for the solar industry by working closely with such green energy agencies as the District Department of the Environment for DC, The Maryland Energy Administration, Delaware Division of Energy & Climate and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
